Danni Washington, Host of Exploration Nature Knows Best

On March 30th, 2017, the South Carolina Aquarium, in partnership with 5 Gyres Institute and the Lonely Whale Foundation, is hosting Breaking Down Plastic, a single-day event designed to bring people together from around the world to generate collaborative solutions to plastic pollution in our local environments. We are inviting YOUR CLASS to join us for the Breaking Down Plastic Youth Summit, a phenomenal educational opportunity for students to join the conversation on environmental stewardship. This engaging Youth Summit is based on the highly successful youth summit model created by the 5 Gyres Institute. The best part is – you don’t even have to leave your classroom! We’ll bring the Youth Summit directly to you via secure international live stream.
